The Staff of the National Bank Planted a Row of Trees in Bishkek 

in Honor of the 30th Anniversary since the Adoption of the National Currency 

of the Kyrgyz Republic 

As part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary since the adoption of the national currency of the Kyrgyz Republic and in accordance with the activities plan titled “Kyrgyz Som - the Face of Kyrgyzstan”, the staff of the National Bank planted 40 pine seedlings and 10 birch seedlings in the “Yntymak-1” Park in Bishkek on February 26, 2023 in order to preserve and enhance the natural heritage of the capital, aimed at increasing the climatic stability.   

The event was attended by the officials of the National Bank headed by Chairman K. Bokontaev and the members of the Board.
