ь National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs commercial banks that the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On introduction of changes and amendments to the Kyrgyz Republic Law on Banks and Banking Activity in the Kyrgyz Republic” and the draft of changes and amendments to “Provision of minimum requirements to arrangement of internal control in commercial banks and other financing-crediting institutions, licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, for the purpose of counter stand against terrorism (extremism) financing and legalization of income, received by illegal way”, approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No.26/1, dated May 15, 2007, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on June 4, 2007 (registration number 57-07), are provided in the official web-site of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the section “Normative acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic//Projects for discussion”.
News of non-banking financial institutions
Certificate of the LLC MCC “Leasing mortgage company“ (legal address: 32. Razzakov Street, Bishkek) on accounting registration No.22, dated August 2, 2004, for micro-crediting of physical and legal entities, was revoked from November 9, 2010, on the basis of the Decision No.48 of the Department for Non-Banking Institutions Supervision, dated November 9, 2010; also the license for performance of leasing operations and factoring No.3, dated August 20, 2004, was revoked on the basis of the Resolution of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic №46-0, dated November 9, 2010.
