ь From October 6 to October 8, 2010, the Fifth Krakov Political Forum was arranged in Kiev city. This forum was devoted to legislative provision and regulation of the financial system. Session of the Krakov Political Forum is arranged once in two years, where regulators in cooperation with representatives of micro-financing sector discuss the most actual topics of financial services availability for a wide range of population. This year, representatives of Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Belarus participated in the forum session. Representatives of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic actively participated in work of this forum. The NBKR Board member – Alymbaeva S.K. and Head of the Nonbanking Supervision Department, Dzhymashev S.A. presented reports on the topics: “Protection of rights of financial services consumers in the Kyrgyz Republic” and “Financial cooperatives in Kyrgyzstan: issues of development, regulation and supervision”.
ь In accordance with resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No.75/5, dated September 29, 2010, on collection silver coins “EurAsEC” and “Tyndyk kotoruu”, since October 1, 2010, collection silver coins are introduced into circulation in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. These coins are devoted to the series “10 years of EurAsEC” and “National customs and rites of the EurAsEC countries people”.
Collection coins are made of 925 alloy silver and have international quality “proof”. Coins have the status of official payment instrument in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Collection coins “10 years of EurAsEC” and “Tyndyk kotoruu” are issued within the framework of the International program on issuance and sale of collection coins, made of precious metals of the EurAsEC countries.
The main assembling element of the whole series of collection coins, issued by Central (National) banks of the EurAsEC countries, is the emblem of EurAsEC organization.
In the center of head of the coin “10 years of EurAsEC” there is the EurAsEC emblem, made of colored enamel. The emblem is placed against the background of flower, which petals contain sights of capitals of the EurAsEC countries.
At the reverse side of the coin there is the Kyrgyz Republic emblem, located at the center of the leaf against the background of the globe.
The main topic of head of the coin “Tyndyk kotoruu” is the process of yurt arrangement – one of the main traditional ceremonies of the Kyrgyz people.
At the reverse side of the coin there is the Kyrgyz Republic emblem, EurAsEC emblem, made of colored enamel and semiabstract flying birds in the form of Kyrgyz ornament.
Each coin is placed into acrylic capsule and capsule is placed into casket. Certificate is attached for each coin.
Coins were issued by the Kazakh mint. Price of collection coins: “10 years of EurAsEC” – 1600 soms and “Tyndyk kotoruu” – 1500 soms per each.
Coins are sold by the Central turnover cash of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and turnover cash of regional departments of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic from 9 a.m. to 12.00 every day, except for Saturdays and Sundays.

Results of consideration of cases on administrative violations:
In accordance with article 358 of the Code on Administrative Responsibility, penalty was imposed on three physical entities, engaged in conducting of exchange transactions with cash foreign currency, for performance of activity without licenses, with deduction of the imposed penalty in favor of the national budget in the amount, established by the legislation.
