The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued licenses (certificates) for the following non-banking financial institutions (NBFI):
1. Private Enterprise Drozdenko Ludmila Sergeevna (former surname is Varfolomeeva) (license N°4478 dated 28.08.2010 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency), registration number of exchange office – 2600. Legal address: 273, Chui Avenue, Bishkek city;
2. Private Enterprise Kuznetsov Sergei Pavlovich (license N°4477 dated 28.08.2010 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency), registration number of exchange office – 2599. Legal address: 132-34, Frunze Str., Sokuluk village, Chui oblast
Certificate of the Public Fund MCA “Chek Kamal” (certificate on accounting registration No.16, dated February 7, 2003 for micro-crediting of physical and legal entities), was cancelled from September 2, 2010, on the basis of minutes of the general meeting of founders of three funds, including PF MCA “Chek-Kamal”, PF MCA “Pokrovka-Kenchi” and PF MCA “El Mady”, about their amalgamation into the PF MCA “Al Mady and Union (Soyuz)” No.1, dated December 5, 2009.
