ь On August 27, 2010, the inter-rayon court of Bishkek city refused to satisfy application of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic about starting of special administration of the OJSC “AUB” by means of restructuring of the given bank.  

For execution of the court decision and in accordance with the legislation “On preservation, liquidation and bankruptcy of banks”, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic terminated preservation regime in the OJSC “AUB” from August 28, 2010, 8 A.M. 

At that, considering incompliance with requirements of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic by the given bank with regard to minimum capital size and its negative value, breach of economic regulations, including breach of obligatory reserve requirements as well as due to initiation of the criminal case against Nadelya M.A. (shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank”), the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic introduced the preservation regime in the OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank” from August 28, 2010, 8 A.M. in accordance with the Kyrgyz Republic legislation. 

Omurzakova Gulzara Makeshovna was appointed as the conservator of the OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank”. 

More information will be provided later about performance of banking ransactions by the OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank”. Requirements of depositors – resident physical entities, not related to the bank, will be satisfied first and foremost.  

ь Starting from August 28, 2010, in accordance with resolution of the NBKR Board, the OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank” has been performing repayments on deposits of resident physical entities as well as on payment cards “ElCart” and “VISA” within the framework of salary projects except for insiders and affiliated entities and those people, whose accounted were apprehended by law-enforcement agencies.

3. Private Enterprise Erkinbaev Adis Abdulharyevich (license N°4474 dated 24.08.2010 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency), registration number of exchange office – 2597. Legal address: 1a, Kojevennaya Str., Trade Center DORDOI, Bishkek city. 

4. LLC “Urmon-B.P.” (license N°4473 dated 24.08.2010 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency. Legal address: 22, Salomov Str., Arka 1 villages, Leylek rayon, Batken oblast.  

5. Additional Responsibility Society “Trust-M” (license N°4472 dated 23.08.2010 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency), registration number of exchange office – 2596. Legal address: 288, Kurmanjan Datka Str., Bishkek city. 

Private Enterprise Degenbaev Turganbek Orozakunovich (license N°4471 dated 23.08.2010 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency), registration number of exchange office – 2595. Legal address: 176b, Abdrahmanov Str., Bishkek city. 

The following certificates and licenses of non-bank financial and credit institutions were cancelled: 

1. Certificate of the Public Fund “El-Mady” No.16, dated March 26, 2003, was cancelled from August 23, 2010, on the basis of application on liquidation, dated August 20, 2010. Legal address: Mady village, Kara-Suu rayon, Osh oblast. 

2. Certificate of the Public Fund MCA “Pokrovka kenchi” No.39, dated June 27, 2003, was cancelled from August 23, 2010, on the basis of application on liquidation, dated August 20, 2010. Legal address: Staraya Pokrovka village, Uzgen rayon, Osh oblast. 

3. Certificate of the Public Fund MCA “Ayat” No.208, dated May 7, 2009, was cancelled from August 24, 2010, on the basis of application of a founder, dated August 23, 2010, and decision on self-liquidation, dated August 23, 2010.
