ь National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No.6/10, dated March 12, 2010, again introduced the regime of temporary closing with regard to the OJSC “Ak Bank” from March 24, 2010 (8 A.M.). Earlier the regime of temporary closing was introduced in the above-mentioned bank in December, 2007 and lasted until June 2009. 

ь Session of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was arranged on March 19, 2010. In the course of the session the following issues were considered and corresponding resolutions were accepted: 

­ On approval of the annual report of the о National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for the year of 2009 (No.8/1); 

­ On approval of the Provision “On obligatory reserves” (No.8/2); 

­ On introduction of changes and amendments to the Policy of Banks Refinancing of the LLC “Specialized Fund of Banks Refinancing” (Spetsializirovannyi Fond Refinansirovaniya Bankov) (No./3).
