ь National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs commercial banks that the project of new edition of the Provision “On requirements for formation of financial reporting by commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic” is provided on the official site of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the section “Normative acts/Projects for discussion” for public discussion. 

Department of Supervision and Licensing Methodology asks to provide comments and proposals on this project to the following email address until March 10, 2010: rajymudinov@nbkr.kg.   

ь Session of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was arranged on February 17, 2010. In the course of the session the following issues were considered and corresponding resolutions were accepted:  

­ On some regulatory-legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (No.2/3). In accordance with this Provision, new edition of the Provision “On consolidated supervision” was approved and amendments were introduced into the NBKR Board resolution No.26/3 “On approval of regulations for creation and/or acquisition of affiliated or associated companies by commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic”, dated June 10, 2009, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on July 14, 2009, registration number 74-09; 

­ On the Head of the National Enterprise “Republic Encashment Department” (No.2/10). In accordance with this provision, Imankulova Chinara Kashkarovna was appointed for the position of the Director of the National Enterprise “Republic Encashment Department” since February 18, 2010, due to dismissal of Isykeev Nurbek Kenjebekovich in accordance with the filed application.
