News of non-banking financial and credit institutions
The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued licenses/certificates to the following non-banking financial institutions and exchange offices:
1. PE Bayjumanova Aizada Turgunbekovna (License No. 4158 dated October 6, 2009 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Registration number of the exchange office: 2340. Legal address: Manas Airport, eastern sector, second floor, Bishkek;
2. PE Mavlanov Taalaybek Hutambekovich (License No. 4157 dated October 5, 2009 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Registration number of the exchange office: 2339. Legal address: 251, Jibek Jolu Str., Bishkek;
3. PE Kydyrov Taalaybek Muhtarovich (License No. 4156 dated October 5, 2009 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Registration number of the exchange office: 2338. Legal address: 186, Jibek Jolu Str., Bishkek;
4. LLC MCC “Adis- credit” (certificate on accounting registration №243 dated October 9, 2009 for micro-crediting of legal entities and individuals). Legal address: 49, Kuznechnaya Kreporst Str., Bishkek;
5. LLC MCC “Oracle” (certificate on accounting registration №242 dated October 6, 2009 for micro-crediting of legal entities and individuals). Legal address: 49, Ahunbaeva Str., Bishkek.
The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic revoked certificates/licenses from the following non-financing credit institutions:
License of the PE Jumabaeva Gulnura, dated March 16, 2009 has been cancelled from October 7, 2009, due to self-liquidation. Legal address: 4b, Chui Avenue, Bishkek.

Due to frequent questions of the citizens about disputes with commercial banks regarding provided services, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic explains that in accordance with the clause 2 of the article 6 of the Kyrgyz Republic Law “On banks and banking activity in the Kyrgyz Republic”, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has no right to interfere with the contract relations of commercial banks and their clients. Disputes, arising during the process of execution of the contract between commercial bank and its clients, are settled in the court.
