According to the resolution of Oversight Committee of the National Bank No. 50/1 dd. December 10, 2012, the direct supervision in Akylinvestbank introduced by the resolution of Oversight Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 33/1 dd. 06.08.2012 has been terminated starting from 07.12.2012 in connection with fulfillment of requirements set to this bank. 

The National Bank: Agreement on cooperation in the field of integrated currency market of the CIS countries opens up new opportunities to banks in Kyrgyzstan. 

On December 5, 2012 at the summit of the CIS heads held in Turkmenistan the CIS member-states signed an Agreement on cooperation in the field of integrated currency market of the CIS countries. 

The National Bank believes that signing of this document is a positive fact for the banks of the Kyrgyz Republic since it creates opportunities for them to participate in the foreign exchange markets of the CIS and provides the same opportunities for commercial banks in these countries. 

Under the Agreement, the CIS countries oblige to provide access to their currency markets on terms no less favorable than those given to resident-banks in these countries. It should be noted also that the Agreement creates a legal framework for the further development of national currency markets of the CIS countries and lays the foundation for forming the CIS foreign exchange market as a whole. In the future, the implementation of this Agreement will increase the liquidity of national markets through mutual integration of the CIS countries. 

The Agreement on cooperation in the field of integrated currency market of the CIS aims to create a legal basis for an effective mechanism of mutual conversion of national currencies of the CIS countries and to expand the use of national currencies when carrying out foreign trade activities. It is noteworthy that the Agreement does not expect a creation of a monetary union with a single currency for all countries of the CIS. At this stage of integration the CIS countries use their own national currencies as before.

2. Starting from 21.12.2012 annulled accounting registration certificate of ZABEMA Microcredit Company No. 395 dd. 21.09.2011 to provide micro loans to legal entities and individuals based on the Founder’s decision and application on liquidation dd. 20.12.2012 due to the lack of funds. Legal address: Osh, 428 Lenin Street.
