The Supervisory Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was established by the decision of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Supervisory Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic is a permanent collegial committee.
The Supervisory Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic is authorized by the Board of the National Bank to make decisions on issues within its competence in the field of regulation and supervision of the activities of commercial banks and other financial and credit organizations licensed and regulated by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In its work, the Supervisory Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic is guided by the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The personal composition of the Committee is approved by the order of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Supervision Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic consists of the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank/member of the Board of the National Bank - curator of the supervisory block (Chairman of the Committee), Deputy Chairman of the National Bank (with an advisory vote), member of the Board of the National Bank, heads of structural departments of the National Bank.
During 2024, 53 meetings of the Supervision Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic were held.
A total of 155 issues were considered, including:
a). 123 issues on the activities of commercial banks;
b). 9 issues on the activities of NBFСOs (non-banking financial and credit organizations) and other legal entities;
c). 23 issues on the regulatory, reporting and organizational activities of the supervisory block of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic
