The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic announces an open international tender on the procurement of services for the Development and Implementation of a Procurement Process Automation System. 

The tender documents can be taken until 17:00 local time on November 03, 2026, via e-mail address tender@nbkr.kg based on the act of acceptance and transfer of bidding documents. 

The pre-competition conference for participants (potential suppliers) will be hold on October 15, 2026 at 14:00 local time (GMT + 6), via video conferencing mode. For participation in the pre-competition video conference, please contact the technical coordinator.  

The tender proposals will be accepted at the following address: 189 Kyiv Street, Bishkek. 

The deadline for tender proposals is November 06, 2026 until 14:00 local time. The bids submitted after deadline will not be accepted and considered.  

The opening of tender proposals in the presence of representatives of the participants will take place at 14:00 local time on November 06, 2026.
