On May 16, 2025, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in honor of the International Museum Day held an open day in the Numismatic Museum of the National Bank.
The guests were familiarized with the history of creation and development of the national currency, with the stages of production of banknotes and coins, with the exposition devoted to the history of monetary circulation of Kyrgyzstan during the period of prosperity of the Great Silk Road, as well as numismatic values issued by the National Bank for 1995-2025.
About 150 people visited the open day.
